Oaikhena Osagie KSP hails from Edo State. He was called to the Nigerian Bar on the 5th day of October, 2011. He is an active member of the Benin Branch of the NBA (Lion Bar).

Academic Qualifications: He holds a Diploma in Law, B.A Hons, LL.B Hons, B.L, LL.M.

Contribution to the Bar: He has been a member of the NBA Benin Branch Executive Committee, and a Young Lawyers Forum Chairman of the Benin Branch.

He is a member of the NBA-SBL, NBA-SLP, and other law related associations, including the Commonwealth Lawyers Association. Oaikhena Osagie KSP, has served in various Committees of the NBA Benin Branch.

Contribution to the Law: Oaikhena Osagie KSP is the Principal Partner A.O. Osagie & Associates (AVE MARIA CHAMBERS) with head office in Benin City, Edo State and branch in New Market Road, Onitsha, Anambra State. He is a human rights lawyer and has the zest in fundamental rights and taxation laws.

He has in the past contested for the office of National Assistant General Secretary of NBA. He is compassionate but resilient in his pursuit.

He is a Roman Catholic Knight.
