UGHELLI, Delta – The people of Arhagba Community in Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State have expressed gratitude to Chief Wilson Ejeben, philanthropist and Chief Executive Officer of the Wilson Ejeben Foundation, for his remarkable contributions towards the community’s development as he recently donated educational materials and installed solar-powered streetlights in the area.

In an appreciation letter signed by the President-General of Arhagba Community, Mr. Leo Akpowene, and the Community Secretary, the leaders commended Chief Ejeben for his selfless gesture, describing it as a rare and unique favor. The letter read in part:

"On behalf of the Arhagba Community, we write to wholeheartedly thank you for the rare and unique favor you have extended to Arhagba Community via the Ejeben Foundation.

Donation of Solar Lights, their poles, base preparation, and installation along Arhagba Community Road, all by you and you alone. We cannot thank you enough. A big, humble, and unreserved thank you to you, sir.

"It is our fervent prayer to God Almighty to grant you and your generation more grace, mercies, wisdom, understanding, divine health, and longevity to enable you to do more for humanity and excel on a firm foundation of excellence to the glory of God Almighty."

The community leaders also called on politicians and other well-meaning individuals to emulate Chief Ejeben's philanthropic model, emphasizing that his personal funds have continued to drive meaningful development in various communities.

Responding to the appreciation, Chief Ejeben expressed gratitude for the recognition and described it as a motivation to do more for humanity.

He reaffirmed his commitment to community development and empowerment through the Wilson Ejeben Foundation.
