Braimoh Appointed Special Adviser on Public Affairs and Media to Okpebholo

Benin, Edo – Haruna Braimoh, a political commentator, auditor, and tax consultant has been appointed Special Adviser to Governor Monday Okpebholo on Public Affairs and Media.

Braimoh made the announcement on X Monday.

Governor Okpebholo, who assumed office in November 2024 after winning the Edo gubernatorial election, has made several Special Adviser appointments since taking power.

Braimoh has long been associated with the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo State and has been vocal in support of Governor Okpebholo’s administration.

The position of Special Adviser on Public Affairs and Media typically involves overseeing government communications, media relations, public image management, and stakeholder engagement for the Governor’s office.

With multiple individuals already handling overlapping media and publicity portfolios, this appointment adds to the administration’s communications team.
